I just had the most pleasant experience at an eyedoctor office I’ve ever had. Dr. Johnson was very understanding and knowledgeable for people with severe near-sightedness for myself. Bonus - no puff of air glaucoma test!

I’m from San Antonio and i drive to Austin once a year to get contacts from them. They always work with my insurance to get me the nicest contacts for the lowest price. They’re also open on Saturdays which works with my schedule.

Dr Liranzo and all the rest of the staff at Innovative eye care have been ever so patient helping me obtain a new prescription and glasses, even when, through no one's fault, my eyes rejected the first two prescriptions. They patiently checked and rechecked until we found just the right strength for my picky eyes. Thank y'all for everything! There is a reason I drive all the way across Austin to see y'all.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Johnson for a couple of years now for my annual eye exam/contacts prescription and she is seriously my favorite doctor. She is so smart, cool, patient, and empathetic to my experiences. She has helped me understand my vision and eye health and answers all of my questions. I cannot say enough great things about her. Also the medical assistants and office staff in general are amazing. Everyone is so friendly, funny, and laid back. Patricia -my queen - will tell you the truth if those sample glasses you tried on looked stupid or phenomenal and will expertly adjust them so they feel natural. I always feel sane and appreciated here. Whole heartedly recommend them!

My appointment with Dr. Jill Haven was abruptly canceled due to miscommunication, but Innovative EyeCare immediately took me in. I was so impressed with their friendliness, professionalism, excellent customer service. Dr. Tran helped me understand my eye condition by explaining very well and her energy was so positive and friendly. I was so grateful for Innovative EyeCare staffs and Dr. Tran - excellent team and providing excellent care.

I had a great experience with Dr. Liranzo and the friendly staff. They were able to fit me in day of for a corneal abrasion. I definitely will go back for my annual eye exam and future eye care needs. Just make sure you go to their office location by firehouse subs- Google maps may send you to the wrong place.

The lense fell out of my Mom's glasses because a screw was loose. I took them into be fixed. A technician waved me over, fixed the glasses all the while cracking jokes. Not only was the repair free it was entertaining. Thanks!
