Meet Dr. Jeany Johnson (송명진 - Myung-Jean Song) (Austin, TX)

Jeany Johnson (송명진 - Myung-Jean Song), O.D. received her Doctor of Optometry from Indiana University in 2014, where she also earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a Minor in Chemistry.

While growing up, Dr. Johnson remembers that the only doctor appointments she truly enjoyed were those visits made to her eye doctor’s office. When Dr. Johnson was in high school, her optometrist recommended that she consider attending optometry school.

Dr. Johnson has been practicing optometry since 2014 and specializes in primary eye care. She says that her greatest fulfillment in her optometry career comes from being able to help others and providing her patients with improved vision.

In her free time away from the office, Dr. Johnson enjoys spending time with her family and experiencing new restaurants.
